Fix. "Can't open .exe files" (Mengatasi file .exe tidak bisa dibuka)

Your .exe file can't be opened ? or your .exe file icon changes to Windows Media Center icon ?. Don't worry...
To resolve this issue, you can reset the registry settings to their default settings. To do this, follow these steps.



Step #1

1. Click the Startbutton and type regedit in the Search box
2. Right-click Regedit.exe in the returned list and click Run as administrator
3. Browse to the following registry key:

Step #2

1. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.exe
2. With .exe selected, right-click (Default) and click Modify…
3. Change the Value data: to exefile
4. Browse to and then click on the following registry key:

Step #3

1. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\exefile
2. With exefileselected, right-click (Default) and click Modify…
3. Change the Value data: to "%1" (without " )
4. Browse to and then click on the following registry key:

Step #4

1. KEY_CLASSES_ROOT\exefile\shell\open
2. With openselected, right-click (Default) and click Modify… 
3. Change the Value data: to "%1"  (without " )
4. Close the Registry Editor and restart your PC
